Azeite à brasileira

Mó Documental created this material on olive oil production in Brazil, an innovative and yearly growing practice due both to a high-quality product and to steep increase of crops. Rio Grande do Sul and Minas Gerais, where the pictures were taken, are the largest producers in the country. Images for National Geographic were made by Alexandre Macedo. The text was written by João Correia Filho, both from Mó Documental.

Gosto local

In 2014, National Geographic Brasil published part of the material produced by Mó Documental in a session called Gosto Local (Local Taste), which explores the relation between food and culture around the world.

Brasil-Espanha

In 2010, João Correia Filho also conducted a series of reports about oil production in the region of Andalusia, Spain, the largest producer in the world. Check out some pictures in the gallery on the left.
