Gaiteiro
Dutch immigrant Augustinus Stoltenborg arrived in Brazil after a three-month trip by car that started in Canada. He established himself in Holambra, a city known for its Dutch traditions, in the hinterland of São Paulo. He is an autodidact who, at age eight, won a harmonica from his father. Since then, the instrument is his own story, part of which is told in this delicate documentary, with plenty of musicality. Alexandre P. Macedo, who lives in Holambra, had the idea for the video; he also authored images and script.
